TV Shows Are Ending!


A lot of TV shows are either finishing their run, or will begin to end.

Breaking Bad finished up. I'm on season four, so shhh.... Mad Men will receive a final season(s) much like Breaking Bad.

Boardwalk Empire has been renewed for a 5th and final season (I'm not sure if that counts as 'cancelation'. I'm guessing no, as it has been renewed. To me canceled is if word is being waited on, and the network decides 'no'.) I have yet to see season four, however.

Also on HBO, The Newsroom will get a third and final season. I haven't seen an episode yet, but it's a show that interests me. 

And let's not forget that Dexter ended...even some of us rather would. 

I guess TV shows coming and going is a sign of age, and the passage of time. 

Aside from Breaking Bad, I'm currently watching Hell on Wheels and Homeland on Netflix. I also need to see season 2 of Downton Abbey, season 4 of Boardwalk Empire, and season 4 of Walking Dead.   

What do you watch and suggest that's new?? And what would you consider some network's 'flagship' shows? With Breaking Bad and Mad Men to be off AMC's list, the go-to series on that network for me would be Hell on Wheels, for instance.

Since that a vast majority of these share ISBNs with other covers, eventually the older covers will be replaced with the new. I wanted to provide head's up for that. If ordered via Amazon UK, Blackwell's, or Waterstones, you'll very likely have the newer/Signature cover. An Update

So I bet you're wondering how The Saga of Kalvel is coming.  It's going well, but slow. I'm not putting into as much time writing the series as I'd like. It's still being thought of in my head, and I'm only able to get to it part time, but I'm still planning and writing at the same time. This weekend I'm hoping to binge through some.  I'm working on the third chapter for one character, and would like to start the first chapter for another character. I begun as early as Dec. 2011, and my deadline is August of 2016, but so far I have approx about 40 completed manuscript pages that I'm thinking of going back to until the first draft is completely done.  Now. That's manuscript pages.  If I were total everything I'd ever written about Kalvel, it would be closer to around 100 (give or takr about 15 either direction, some things are in various states.)
