There are a bunch of new editions of the Narnia  books coming throughout the year. This year marks 75 years since the first published book in the series, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe .   This post will recap and break down what they are.   15 years ago today, the first Narnia film, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe , (which was also the first of the seven novels to be written and published) came out in cinemas. Some state that this first Narnia film is on-par, in terms of quality, to The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. It has been integrated into my winter/Christmas movie watching. The soundtrack is great too,  and I typically listen to it every Christmas and throughout winter. To celebrate, I will be streaming the film on Disney+, followed by episode 6 of Prop Culture (also on Disney+), and then cap it all off with listening to the soundtrack later on.

At the moment, the future of the Narnia film series is in limbo. Yes, pre-production is happening, or beginning to happen on The Silver Chair but truly, to me, unless I see a trailer, or a poster etc. a movie simply does not exist. Remember all those false starts on Ghostbusters 3, and even The Hobbit ? Exactly. The movie could get canceled tomorrow (I hope not, but I'm going going somewhere with this. So, with that in mind, I have an idea, or a few ideas, on how Narnia could get rebooted and work all the way through so that all seven books will finally make it to onto a screen. Here it is.
