Movie Review: "Frozen"

The next movie for me to review is Disney's newest (and one of their best!), Frozen. I'm working my way backwards from The Hobbit (Part 2) so after this review will be Catching Fire.
As with Tangled, Disney managed to re-capture their classic magical feel. Kudos to The Princess and the Frog for bringing back traditional animation in a CG dominated animated world, but that movie just didn't do it for me. It was good and enjoyable, and something felt...off. It could have been because the Princess wasn't actually a Princess from the get-go. Anyway......

Frozen has all you would expect from a Disney movie. Humor, adventure, romance, songs (the songs are actually really good. It feel like a musical in approach, rather than 'let's just sing') and excellent animation and visuals.

The approach in storytelling was really unique and fresh. The best way to describe Frozen is if you add the visual style of Tangled, and mix Beauty and the Beast with Narnia

In short, Frozen is a film I will gladly re-visit in the future, in the form of (2D) blu-ray. I may even add it to my Winter/Christmas annual watching list....
